Annamaria Vitale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier it self, such as clearance delays. In the case that SDA or DHL is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or whatever, Annamaria Vitale is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Annamaria Vitale is not responsible for the paymentof re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
All prices on oursite are listed in Euros, and charged in Euros. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Returns are accepted within 14 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition.
Returns must be received in NEW and UNWORN condition and with al ltags attached. Bags that are returned with marked leather, stains, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail.
In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Annamaria Vitale is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract (via a statement sent by email) from the date of receipt of the goods, and has another 14 days to return the goods and get the refund.
The return request can be made by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request authorization.
Annamaria Vitale reserves the right to request a photographic proof of the goods.
Upon receipt of the authorization, the goods must be dispatched within 14 days by courier indicated by Annamaria Vitale on the pick-up date communicated by Annamaria Vitale along with the copy of the order and an explicit statement that the product is intended to be returned and its refund is required, to the following address

Annamaria Vitale reserves the right not to proceed with the change of damaged, intact or obviously used goods. If the product is not in the conditions indicated, Annamaria Vitale may deduct 10% of the amount due for the refund.

HOW TO REPLACE A DEFECTED PRODUCT
The replacement of Annamaria Vitale products purchased online that exhibits defects may be requested by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching one or more photographic evidence.
Upon receipt of the authorization and according to the directions received, the goods must be dispatched within 14 days by courier indicated by Annamaria Vitale on the day of pick-up communicated by Annamaria Vitale along with the copy of the order, the authorization letter and the copy of shipping costs refund receipt, to the following address:

HOW TO CHANGE A WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
If you receive an Annamaria Vitale product other than the one ordered, you will need to proceed as above (see "How to replace a defected product") and by writing an email to email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
Annamaria Vitale will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the Return Policy. In these cases the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
